Built an AI-first support console: an AI Decision Tree visualizes how each message is classified, the Response Engine generates grounded replies, and the ticket board shows urgent issues with confidence scores. Designed for support teams that want AI in the loop, not replacing the human.
Voix Energy
Designed a dashboard where AI ingests customer contract data, predicts upcoming renewals, and orchestrates outbound reminders across email and WhatsApp. Each AI action lands in a live activity log so account managers stay in the loop without doing the busywork.
LocalHarvest Hub
Connected small-scale farmers to local customers with a clean, mobile-first storefront. Includes farm profiles, seasonal inventory, neighborhood-based discovery, and a checkout tuned for low-bandwidth networks.
ApexFit Performance
Designed and shipped a modern fitness site: bold visual identity, fast scheduling flow, trainer storytelling pages, and membership CTAs tuned to convert. Animations are tight, never showy.

Brought a calm, trustworthy tone to a healthcare brand — clear service listings, frictionless appointment booking, and accessible content blocks. Designed to feel professional without being clinical.

Crafted an editorial restaurant site: full-bleed photography, a typographic menu, an unobtrusive reservation flow, and a brand voice that does most of the work.
